Utsavly started with a simple frustration: planning a family event in India meant five phone calls, three WhatsApp threads, and a spreadsheet that never quite worked. We thought there had to be a better way.
What we're building
Utsavly is a coordination platform that brings together hosts, vendors, and coordinators for every kind of celebration — weddings, engagements, housewarmings, birthdays, and the dozens of smaller rituals that make each one meaningful. Our goal is simple: make the planning part feel as joyful as the event itself.

No hidden fees, no surprise charges. You see vendor prices upfront, compare them side by side, and pay only once your order is confirmed complete.

A great event needs great vendors. We invest as much in helping decorators, caterers, and rental businesses grow as we do in helping hosts plan.

Why traditions matter to us
India has hundreds of distinct celebration traditions — Tamil Brahmin weddings, Punjabi roka ceremonies, Bengali annaprashan rituals, Hyderabadi mehendi customs, and countless others. Most event apps treat all of these as the same. We don't.
Our optional tradition matching lets you tell us which customs your family follows, and we build your checklist around that — the right rituals, the right supplies, the right vendors who know what they're doing. You can always skip it and plan generically. But for families who want their event to feel like theirs, we think it matters.
